My mom died 10 years ago, and reading your post brought back so many raw memories. Running was a huge stress relief for me then, as it still is today. Wishing you happy memories and huge success!Samhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17348458638360478873noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2089655544749895397.post-39687792818822401282010-06-30T06:57:08.182-07:002010-06-30T06:57:08.182-07:00Thanks, Mark. I'm SO SO SOOO SORRY to hear about your mother. I can't even begin to imagine how that would feel.

That said, I'm really looking forward to you getting back to training and blogging. I can remember how excited you were months ago about taking on this challenge and I still have no doubt you have the mental determination and physical ability to do it!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2089655544749895397.post-60465223220482665692010-06-29T18:16:31.149-07:002010-06-29T18:16:31.149-07:00It does, Michelle :) Thanks. It does, Michelle :) Thanks.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14704496460400652851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2089655544749895397.post-41862477125571148822010-06-29T11:18:17.468-07:002010-06-29T11:18:17.468-07:00I lost my dad too and I think he is always with me...I lost my dad too and I think he is always with me on my runs. My friends and family have really rallied around me and been absolutely amazing and supportive, and have gotten me through this so far, but honestly the running has been an amazing help as well. Even little things like, "my goal today is to run an easy 4 miles," make getting out of bed easier. And those endorphins do work wonders.

Thanks, man.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14704496460400652851noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2089655544749895397.post-20786187435486798192010-06-29T06:35:00.827-07:002010-06-29T06:35:00.827-07:00Sharon, I wish you all the best during your traini...Sharon, I wish you all the best during your training.
